The ESPN Winter X-Games come back to Aspen this weekend, their 10th year at Buttermilk Mountain. The rollers and jumps are shaped for the Boardercross, the 22 foot half pipe is groomed and ready, all the lights are in place for the night time events, and ESPN is ready to show it all on live TV in prime time this weekend. All events are FREE to spectators, including concerts, competitions, music and entertainment. All the stars of winter skiing and snowboarding will be competing for X-Games Gold. Aspen/Snowmass presents the Bud Light Hi-Fi Concert at the base of Aspen Mountain on January 29 at 5:30 p.m., featuring former member of Outkast and Grammy Award-winning hip-hop artist Big Boi. Praised by Spin Magazine and Rolling Stone, Big Boi puts on a spectacular live performance. So bundle up and come out for some fabulous free sounds at the base of Aspen Mountain.
