Aspen’s Darkside "Follow the Light into the Darkness of Aspen’s Past", invites Aspen Darkside Tours, which truly hits its stride every October. Our silver town roots lend much mystery and drama to happenings back in the day, including ghosts, mayhem and murderous lore from some of Aspen's historical gathering places. Your guide will lead you through the streets, meander through passagewaywith several special Halloween tours centered around All Hallow's Eve, in the Ute Cemetery.

October 8, Aspen offers a special opportunity to not only revel in the changing autumn hues, but to capture the scenery for all time. The Aspen Meadows Resort presents a Fall Photography Workshop, complete with local wilderness hikes through nature's best studio. The workshop will focus on light, texture, depth of field and specific uses of different lenses. There'll be a group show and tell and constructive critiques, to deepen your craft and enhance your photographic vision.
