This Saturday, October 16, is the final Saturday Market of the season. And what a season it was...one more chance to enjoy the best of Colorado farms and fields, with live music, massage and all the unique crafts from around the state. Come one, come all, this Saturday as we wrap up Aspen's Saturday Market in the downtown core.
The nation comes to Aspen this fall, with a sampling of national art from art venues around the country. The Aspen Art Museum brings works from the Brooklyn Museum and MoMa PSI, Los Angeles' Hammer Museum and Minneapolis' Walker Art Center. Aspen’s Darkside "Follow the Light into the Darkness of Aspen’s Past", invites Aspen Darkside Tours, which truly hits its stride every October. Our silver town roots lend much mystery and drama to happenings back in the day, including ghosts, mayhem and murderous lore from some of Aspen's historical gathering places. Your guide will lead you through the streets, meander through passagewaywith several special Halloween tours centered around All Hallow's Eve, in the Ute Cemetery.
