Join the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies (ACES), the City of Aspen and CORE for a community Earth Day Celebration at the ACES center at Hallam Lake on April 20 from 5-7 pm. You can meet fellow community members interested in environmental issues, explore the Hallam Lake nature preserve, and enjoy snacks and drinks. Interactive, Earth Day-themed activities include meeting the resident raptors, learning how to plant sweet peas (Aspen's official flower), a presentation by the Aspen Skiing Company, board games, and a We-Cycle obstacle course.
