Aspen's annual community get together and celebration of the coming winter, the Aspen Ski Swap, takes place next Saturday, October 29 at the Aspen Middle School. The Swap began in 1954 and to this day, it is powered by hundreds of volunteers from the community who help collect, sort, sell and help participants sell or buy equipment for the coming season.
