Lovers of the ultimate comfort food, mac 'n cheese, rejoice! The Aspen Mac 'N Cheese Festival returns tomorrow, September 8, from 2-5pm on Hopkins Street in the middle of Aspen's "restaurant row." Twenty different restaurants, including Rustique and Jimmy's, will dish up their famously mouth-watering noodle dishes with diners voting for their favorite recipe via text message. This free event has been gaining momentum each year, with a crowd of more than 3,000 expected to partake in the carb-loading this year. If you're in town hustle over to Hopkins for a snack!
