Directions to Aspen Colorado
From Aspen Airport
Turn right on Highway 82 and travel for approximately 3 miles and you will be in the center of Aspen.
From Denver and Eagle Airport From Grand Junction From Glenwood Springs
Aspen is 220 miles or four hours from Denver. From both airports get on I-70 west to Glenwood Springs, connecting to Highway 82, at exit #116, to Aspen. Another scenic route from Denver takes approximately 3 1/2 hours via I-70 west to Highway 24 south, then west onto Highway 82 over Independence Pass (open only during the warm weather months, typically May 31 to Oct. 31st) into Aspen.
Aspen is an easy 2½ hours from Grand Junction. In Grand Junction take I-70 East to Glenwood Springs (Exit 116). Then follow Highway 82 East to Aspen.
Glenwood Springs is an hour drive down Valley from Aspen. In Glenwood Springs go East on Grand Avenue, which quickly turns into Highway 82. Follow Highway 82 East to Aspen for approximately 40 miles.
