Winter Reservation Policies:
All rates subject to tax and service fee of 15.5%. A Deposit of $500.00 per condominium is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a group booking. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellation received less that 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposits and payments.
