RESERVATIONS POLICIES
Service Fee: A service fee of 4.5% is charged on all rentals.
Payment Policy: A deposit of two night's rent required for each week or one night's rent for shorter stays. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: If cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded, less $50 cancellation fee per reservation. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, guest forfeits all monies received. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations. Aspen Square has insurance available, please ask for details.
Check-In Time: is 4:00 pm. Rooms cannot be guaranteed ready for occupancy prior to 4:00 pm. If rooms are prepared and open before 4:00, then they will be available for guest check-in.
Check-Out Time is 10:00 am. In deference to arriving guests, please make plans accordingly. Aspen Square provides shower and changing areas for guests departing later.
Sorry, pets are not allowed at Aspen Square.
