RESERVATIONS POLICIES
Room tax and service fee: Additional tax and service fee of 14.5% is charged on all rentals.
Payment Policy: A deposit of $500 per condominium per week is required within 10 days of booking contact to confirm reservations. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. All charges subject to room/service fee, a total Cancellation: If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded, less $50 cancellation fee, per reservation. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, guest forfeits all monies received. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations. Aspen Square has insurance available, please ask for details.
Check-In Time is 4:00 pm. Rooms cannot be guaranteed ready for occupancy prior to 4:00 pm. If rooms are Check-Out Time is 10:00 am. In deference to arriving guests, please make plans accordingly. Aspen Square provides shower and changing areas for guests departing later.
Sorry, pets are not allowed at Aspen Square.
