Chris Klug's parents were there cheering too, loud and proud as could be of their son who will be racing on the US Team later in the games.
Chris's event is February 27, a Saturday and the last day of competition.
Actually, we should say, "on the slopes of Aspen, Buttermilk, Highlands and Snowmas!" Our Skiing Company friends like to call it, "The Power of Four" as they offer four distinct and terrific mountains for your skiing and boarding fun. Your lift ticket is good on all of them, so you can even hit one or two on any given day.
We have enjoyed a mix of sunny then snowy skies, with a few inches of fresh Colorado Powder just about every couple of days. Conditions are terrific. Skiing and boarding are just the best, and we are hosting very happy guests and owners!
Yes, Chris is on his way to Vancouver and his part on the US Olympic Team. Chris will race on Feb 27 in the Parallel Giant Slalom event, certain to be exciting and fun.
