Last week saw a shower of huge rocks and boulders came down on the elevated portions of I-70 through Glenwood Canyon. Traffic was rerouted up through Steamboat Springs and Craig, adding about 3 hours to the Denver to Aspen drive. The Eagle Airport was also on the other side of the road closure.

Olympic Race Day for Aspen Square's Chris Klug at Cypress Mountain just outside of Vancouver was an exciting one. The day was cold and wet, with rain that fell off and on all day long. It was tough on spectators, but there were still smiles all around. The fog up on the race course made it difficult for both spectators and racers. Still, it was a great day for Olympic racing.
