Winter Storm Walloping Aspen

With more than 7" of snow in the last 36 hours and heavy snow falling since last night, we're in the midst of a big winter storm. Looking out the lobby window this morning we can't see Red Mountain, and those of you who know Aspen know what that means: it's dumping! Here's a shot from Base Village at Aspen Highlands to give you a taste of our weather.
Oscar-Nominated Shorts at the Wheeler

Aspenites have a rare opportunity to see all of the Oscar-nominated short films, both animated and live action, tonight at the Wheeler Opera House. Co-presented by the Wheeler Film Series and Aspen Film, the screening begins at 7:30 pm. In addition to the ten nominated films, there will be three other animated films screened. 48 Hour Flash Sale Begins February 5!

Beginning today, February 5th, the Aspen Square will offer its first 48 hour flash sale of the winter season. We still have limited availability in our fireplace studios at the end of this month and the beginning of March, so we'll be offering a great rate for those dates.
