It was a great weekend of exciting Women's World Cup Ski Racing on Aspen Mountain. Saturday's GS event saw US Team Member Julia Mancuso race to a strong third place finish, on the podium. On Sunday, the top US finisher was young newcommer Mikaela Shiffrin, just 16 years old. She raced to an 8th place finish, and it was exciting to see her race two great, consistant runs. A Colorado resident, Mikaela is a new shining star for the US Team. Congratulaions to all the World Cup racers, and thanks for coming to Aspen!
