This Saturday, September 11th, celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Snowmass' Oktoberfest, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Snowmass Mall. There'll be lederhosen, strudel and steins, full of authentic German brews, music and tastes from the Old Country. This year's Oktoberfest, complete with street performers, kids' activities and a hearty good time in the mountains.

The Last Days of Summer, Sounding Good at Snowmass...

JazzAspen Snowmass wraps up the long and lazy summer with another music-filled extravaganza, this Labor Day Weekend. The 2010 Festival runs September 3-5, featuring Wilco, Glenn Frey & Joe Walsh, The Black Crowes, Court Yard Hounds (with Martie Maguire & Emily Robison of the Dixie Chick fame) and, at long last, the famed and sometimes elusive, not often seen in concert, Lynyrd Skynyrd. It's a Southern Rock theme on Sunday, while the inimitable beats of New Master Sounds will entertain on the early side, Friday night; get to the grass early to soak up all the weekend's talents!
