Power of Four Ski Mountaineering Race

There's fresh powder in the hills, and the Power of Four Ski Mountaineering Race will be all the fluffier for it. Athletic friends unite: Saturday, March 3, get your team and skin, hike and ski to the summits of all four of Aspen's downhill ski areas.

It's about powering your own ascents and enjoying the majestic descents, with over 10,000 feet of vertical gain. Half-course race options also available, inviting you and your team to summit Buttermilk and Snowmass, and call it a powder day!

Ski for the Cure

This Saturday, February 25, it's time to wear pink...and ski, in a blaze of color. It's Komen Aspen's 2nd Annual Ski for the Cure, and antics are high: prepare for the speed, the laughs, and the sight of Aspen Mountain covered in pink, from top to bottom.

Prizes for most vertical feet skiied per team, or individual and, of course, a big payoff for the Most Pink Team on the mountain.
