A fun Labor Day Weekend just ahead

It's just ahead! The holiday weekend brings concerts of the Jazz Aspen/Snowmass events, competitions in the Motherlode Volleyball tournament, and just having fun in Aspen. Ride the Gondola to the top of Aspen mountain and enjoy a hike, lunch at the Sundeck, and Bluegrass music on Sunday. Bring your camera. Good weather and a whole list of activities will welcome Aspen Square visitors this weeked ahead!
It was Big Aspen Bar-B-Q Weekend in Aspen

This past weekend hosted the Big Aspen BBQ Block Party in Gondola Plaza and next to Aspen Square. Featuring free music and fun both Saturday and Sunday, with the great food of nationally recognized pitmasters and truly outstanding Bar B Q, a fun weekend was assured! The warm summer weather continues, with an occasional afternoon shower to keep the slopes above Aspen green. What a great time to be visiting Aspen and Aspen Square! We have special rates for late August and September while all the fun and recreation keep on going.
Summer coming to an end

The warm weather weeks in Aspen were full of music, activities and events, and just great for families and guests getting away from the heat and humidity at home. The Music Festival is over for the season now, but there is still so much to see and don in Aspen. A favorite is the Aspen Mountain Gondola, taking riders up to over 11,000 feet and the SunDeck Restaurant on top. River rafting, horseback riding, hiking and biking, and golf and tennis are all here too. The weekly Snowmass Rodeo is another favorite for families, along with concerts and music all over town.
