Aspen Center for Environmental Studies (ACES) is hosting its annual Harvest Party on Saturday, October 18 at Rock Bottom Ranch. From 12 noon to 5pm participants will enjoy "foot stomping live music," lunch, farm tours, pumpkin carving, pony rides and more. Today at the Wheeler Opera House, the sounds of John Denver's many hit songs are wafting through the opera house all day. The inaugural John Denver Music Festival celebrates the beloved Aspen icon and singer/songwriter. More than 15 tribute artists from all over the world will take the stage from 12-3pm and 4-7pm. The music festival is a new addition to the annual John Denver Tribute Week, a longtime October tradition. Admission is free for all attendees of the tribute week.
