Aspen's Sardy House giant tree lighting ceremony last week is the unofficial start to Aspen's Christmas Holiday Season, and many locals were on hand to celebrate. It was a grand event. highlands and Buttermilk both opened in mid-December, and the four mountains of Aspen are all operating for the season. They both ahave AMAZING snow conditions.
