If you have a high school student in your family and are in the Aspen area this weekend, take the opportunity to take your student to the Western Slope College Fair on Sunday, October 5. From 10am to 2pm, families can visit with representatives from more than 200 colleges and universities from all over the country. It's a great way to do a college visit without leaving town! Film lovers in Aspen have been basking in a great array of movies at this year's Aspen Filmfest, currently running until October 1. A stimulating combination of international films, documentaries and US films, most movies are screened once at the Wheeler Opera House.
