The dinner begins at 6pm at the Aspen Golf Course. For details, visit www.teamavsc or call (970) 205-5107.
The Aspen Historical Society is bringing back a fun Aspen tradition, the Mad Hatter's Ball, a staple of the winter season which began in the wacky 1950s. This year's version kicks off Winterskol on Thursday, January 10 at the Wheeler Opera House. The Ball is free, but revelers are urged to get creative and come up with the most outrageous head gear they can think of. Attendees will be vying for the coveted Best Hat Award and will receive two passes to the Aspen Laff Festival in February. For details, visit www.aspenhistory.com or call (970) 925-3721.
