This outstanding rate is based on limited availability, between the dates of February 21 to March 4, so reservations will be made subject to remaining room nights. Room Tax and Service Fee: 15.5% on all rentals.
Payment Policy: A deposit of two nights' rent required for each week, or one night's rent for shorter stays, per condominium. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: If cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, guest forfeits all monies received.
Check-In Time is 4:00 pm. Rooms cannot be guaranteed ready for occupancy prior to 4:00 pm.
Check-Out Time is 10:00 am. Please make plans accordingly. Aspen Square provides shower and changing areas for guests departing later.

Aspen Square’s five One-Bedroom Suites offer additional space and privacy for two to four guests. The comfortable king bedroom and hallway bath rest separately from the living / dining area and each one-bedroom suite includes all of the superior amenities found in our fireplace studios. Extra sleeping space is the hallmark of this top-floor apartment with flexible bedding for six and three full baths. An extra-long kitchen counter and six stools take the place of the traditional dining table.
