Take a break from the seemingly endless winter weather outside and dip in "under the sea" with the kids of the Theatre Aspen School as they present their spring youth production of "The Little Mermaid." Performances are tonight through Saturday, April 20, at the Wheeler Opera House. For details, visit www.theatreaspen.org or call the Wheeler Box Office at (970) 920-5770.

Not so spring-like here!

Snowmass snowy morning.jpg

Since the beginning of the week, our weather has flipped the switch back to winter! It dumped on Monday, with 12" of fresh snow and it's dumping again today. We don't know what the final totals will be, but Aspen Highlands is definitely the place to be (and the last mountain standing) this week. Closing day is Sunday, April 21, but Skico has announced a bonus weekend of skiing April 27-28. And yes, it really looks like this today!
