Snow - Snow - Snow!

More snow came to the mountains of Aspen in the last days, and it certainly is a White Christmas around here! Skiing is just terrific, with nearly a foot of fresh snow recorded on Aspen Mountain. It'ss a fun way to celebrate this Christmas season as visitors from all over the nation and all over the world come to Aspen for the Holiday Season.

This is always one of our favorite seasons of the year, and here it is! How did that happen so fast? Great snow, Aspen all decorated and looking its best, and wonderful people here to enjoy it all. Welcome Snow!

More great skiing and boarding

Last week brought up to 19 inches of fresh snow to the slopes of the Aspen ski areas, then blue skies and sunshine returned. Conditions were terrific. More snow is expected this week, starting Tuesday. Skiing and boarding will be so much fun this Holiday Week!

Aspen is all decorated for the holidays, and people are starting to arrive for their Christmas and New Years visits. Our little town looks its best for the holidays, and we are ready to host our vacation guests for great skiing and fun winter holidays.

Highlands and Buttermilk open

Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands are open for the season now, providing even more great skiing and snowboarding terrain. Wow, they do have the snow! It's The Power of Four: Aspen Mtn, Snowmass, Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands. Great skiing for everyone!

This has been a week of new snow, cold weather and terrific conditions. With more slopes open now, skiing and boarding are just the best. Aspen is all decorated for the Holidays as well. What a fun time to be here!
