SUNSHINE RETURNS TO THE MOUNTAINS OF ASPEN

We enjoyed sunshine and blue skies over the weekend, with clearing expected for Monday and Tuesday as wel. Sunshine will return for more great skiing early in the week. It wil be very cold at night but warmer in the daytime. New Years will see snowfall returning. Conditions are amazing. Wow, what a great start to our ski and snowboard season -- record snowfall,and now sunshine! Come see us -- the skiing is the very best.


MORE GREAT SKIING ON ASPEN MOUNTAIN!

We have more snow at this time than we did last year; and that was an epic season! We recorded another 5 inches of new snow yesterday then it turned sunny but VERY COLD. Sking is amazing. We have seen over three feet of new snow in the past seven days. The weekend will see mosty cloudy days with a break in the snowfall and even sopme morning sunshine. The sun will make an appearance again on Monday. Wow, what terrific conditions on the slopes of the ski areas of Aspen! We are about full now for the Holiday Week, and looking forward to a good January as well.


IT WAS A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS DAY!

Skiing and snowboarding were terrific on Christmas Day, with light snow falling and very few people up on the slopes. What a day to be in Aspen! The mountains of Aspen have reported over three feet of snow in the past seven days, and the skiing is amazing. Wow -- we have had over 8 feet of new snow since opening at Thanskgiving! Temps are cold, and conditions are the best. More snow is expected tonight, tomorrow and over the weekend. It is certainly a Very White Christmas in Aspen! Our Aspen Square friends are enjoying teir Holiday visits. What a great time to be here!
