10" of New Snow on December 19!

With the addition of 10" of fresh powder on Wednesday, "powder shots" were had on all four mountains of the Aspen/Snowmass area. Today's bright sun and crisp air are creating the perfect blue bird skiing we're renowned for. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words!


Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk now open

Aspen locals are smiling more broadly now with the opening of both Highlands and Buttermilk this past weekend. More snow came our way, and even more is expected this week. With its good snow coverage, an abundance of expert terrain including the spectacular Highland Bowl, Aspen Highlands has been the locals' favorite mountain for more than 50 years. And for families and kids, Buttermilk is the best. Come and have fun with your friends at Aspen Square!


Aspen's Mountains record over 24" in past ten days

Mother Nature went to town last weekend and brought over 24 inches of fresh snow to the mountains of Aspen and Snowmass. We're receiving steady snow today and it's expected we'll have much more tonight and over the next several days, just in time to give us a wonderful holiday sparkle!
