Ride for the Pass 2.jpg

Lovers of biking and Independence Pass are excited about tomorrow's annual Ride for the Pass bike race. The race takes place on Saturday, May 19, beginning at the winter closure gate and ending at the ghost town of Independence. The road over Independence Pass will be closed from 6am - 1:30pm for the safety of the racers.

On Sunday, participants of the Aspen Cycling Criterium will roar through downtown Aspen in the morning, with tight turns and fierce competition. It's a popular springtime spectacle!

Our current spring rates are a great value and we are ready to welcome you! Give us a call and plan your Aspen Square summer visit now.

Flights into Aspen

Am Airlines CRJ700.jpg

Flights into Aspen are on a more limmited schedule for the spring season but there are still numerous daily flights on United between Aspen and Denver. Frontier Airlines is no longer operating into Aspen (we were sorry to see them leave us!) but his past winter we welcomed American Airlines to Aspen with daily direct flights between Aspen and Dallas and Aspen to Los Angeles. The American flights are off until mid-June then they return for the summer, and will be with us next winter as well. We will be glad to see them again! Air service toA spen remains strong.
