Before Independence Pass closes in late fall, October weekends are devoted to youth hockey, traveling families and lots of ice time at our two rinks. Aspen Junior Hockey hosts the Fall Face Off Tournament, and you'll see kids toting enormous gear bags all over town. It's a nice change of pace for valley parents to have the teams come to us for a change, and if you need a shot of youthful enthusiasm, these games are great to watch. You can find the schedule here.
