With a generous dump of new snow to play in (15" on Aspen Mountain and Highlands, and 11" on Snowmass), tonight will be a great time to take part in the Ullr Nights Snowshoe tour at Snowmass. The tours are presented by the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies (ACES) and are a great opportunity to explore the forest terrain at Snowmass under the stars. If you haven't done it before, it's a memorable experience. The tour runs from 7:30 - 8:30 pm, and if you participate, be sure to dress in warm layers - it's going to be cold tonight!
