Reservations Policies

When booking a reservation at the Aspen Square Condominium Hotel, there are a few important policies we want our guests to be informed of. Please note that our cancellation policies differ between winter and summer seasons. Specifically, deposit-due and balance-due deadlines vary between seasons. It is also important to note that Aspen Square is a completely non-smoking property, and that we cannot accommodate pets in our guest rooms. 

WINTER (Thanksgiving-mid-April; Holiday Season excluded):

  • 25% deposit due at booking; balance due 14 days before arrival
  • 14-day worry-free cancellation
  • Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable
  • 30-day worry-free cancellation for reservations +30 days in length; cancellations less than 30 days are non-refundable

HOLIDAY (December 18-January 2):

  • 25% deposit due at booking; balance due 30 days before arrival
  • 30-day worry-free cancellation
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable

SUMMER (Mid-April-Thanksgiving):

  • 25% deposit due at booking; balance due 48 hours before arrival
  • 48-hour worry-free cancellation; cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable
  • 14-day worry-free cancellation for reservations +30 days in length; cancellations less than 14 days are non-refundable

I agree to the cancellation and payment policies as well as the terms listed below:

NO REFUNDS will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.

*Rooms cannot be guaranteed ready for occupancy prior to 4:00pm.

We are happy to note special requests for room features, exact views, floor or even specific rooms. While we will try very hard to fulfill requests, we cannot guarantee specific requests.

Aspen Square Condominium Hotel is a fully non-smoking property, including prohibition of tobacco and other smoke products in rooms and public areas. A special cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to any guest smoking in a condominium. Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated at Aspen Square. Although we do not accept pets, service dogs are welcome. A service dog is trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not accepted at the Aspen Square.  

Each of Aspen Square's condominiums has a set capacity of adults. If the number of adults in a room exceeds capacity, there is an extra person fee of $15 added to the nightly room rate for each additional adult. The room capacities for adults are as follows:

  • Fireplace Studio - 2
  • One-Bedroom - 2
  • Two-Bedroom - 4
  • Two-Bedroom + Den - 6
  • Three-Bedroom - 6

Guest shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage by the guest during their stay including, without limitation, any loss or damage to the guest room, premises or property incurred by hotel guests or third party.

Management will not be responsible for loss of money or valuables of any kind in rooms, in cars or left on premises; or for lost, stolen or damaged skis.
