In order to help ensure a smooth stay at the Aspen Square Condominium Hotel, we’ve listed a few important reservation policies and property guidelines below. Please note that our cancellation policies and payment deadlines differ by season. Please note that our combined taxes and fees total 24.53%
WINTER (Thanksgiving-mid-April; Holiday Season excluded):
- A 35% deposit due at booking and the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival
- Reservations may be canceled up to 14 days before arrival, for a full refund
- Cancellations made within 14 days before arrival are non-refundable
- Reservations that are longer than 30 days can be canceled and refunded up to 30 days prior to arrival, cancellations within 30 days will not be refundable
HOLIDAY (December 20, 2026 - January 2, 2027):
- A 35% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior before arrival
- Reservations may be canceled up to 30 days before arrival, for a full refund
- Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable
SUMMER (Mid-April-Thanksgiving):
- A 35% deposit due at booking and the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival
- Reservations may be canceled up to 14 days before arrival, for a full refund
- Cancellations made within 14 days before arrival are non-refundable
- Reservations that are longer than 30 days can be canceled and refunded up to 30 days prior to arrival, cancellations within 30 days will not be refundable
GROUPS 5 or more condominiums with the same stay/date pattern)
- For groups, a tiered cancellation policy is in effect, culminating in a 30-day non-refundable period.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures. This includes but is not limited to: travel delays or cancellations, weather issues, or illness.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM
CHECK OUT TIME: 10 AM
Please note that rooms cannot be guaranteed ready before 4:00 PM.
We are happy to note special requests for particular room features, views, floor preferences, and room locations. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
Aspen Square Condominium Hotel is a full non-smoking property. Smoking tobacco and other smoke products is prohibited while in rooms and other Aspen Square public areas. The failure to comply will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Pets are not permitted at the Aspen Square Condominium, though we do welcome service dogs. Contact our reservations team regarding service dog requirements.
EXTRA PERSON FEE
Each of Aspen Square's condominiums has a set capacity of adults. If the number of adults in a room exceeds the room's capacity, an extra-person fee of $15 is added to the nightly room rate for each additional adult. The room capacities for adults are as follows:
- Fireplace Studio - 2
- One-Bedroom - 2
- Two-Bedroom - 4
- Two-Bedroom + Den - 6
- Three-Bedroom - 6
- Four Bedroom - 8 adults or 10 with children. One bedroom has queen-size bunk beds
Guests are liable for any costs, loss, or damage resulting from the guest’s actions during their stay, including damage to rooms, property, or the property of other guests. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, including money, personal valuables, ski equipment, or vehicles
