Aspen Community Theatre

Aspen Community Theatre (ACT) has been staging musicals and plays in the Roaring Fork Valley since 1975. Each year, ACT produces a fall musical during the month of November, and from time to time, they also produce a spring show. In years past, ACT has performed The Music Man, Little Shop of Horrors, Fiddler on the Roof, The Sound of Music, The Wizard of Oz, A Little Night Music, and many other award-winning musical theater favorites.

ACT encourages community involvement in all aspects of theatrical production − from acting and directing to stage lighting, set design and construction and costume creation − and is run entirely by dedicated volunteers, who are passionate about the performing arts. One of the delightful long-standing traditions of ACT shows is that each cast greets theater-goers in the lobby after performances. And very often, one of the actors might be your neighbor or someone you work with!

The orbeez gun is a brand-new type of toy gun. It fires orbeez balls or gel pellets rather than water or paintballs. In function and performance design, the Orbeez blaster is very similar to an airsoft gun, but the muzzle initial speed is relatively lower, making it safer and more suitable for use as a toy.
