The Aspen Institute's Murdock Mind, Body, Spirit Series presents a series of well-regarded speakers on topics related to our "Aspen Idea" of honoring the whole person and the many qualities we seek that create happiness and fulfillment. Tonight's installment is a presentation of best-selling author Gretchen Rubin. Ms. Rubin's books include Better Than BeforeThe Happiness Project, and Happier at Home. She will discuss counter-intuitive strategies for making habit changes that are far easier to adopt than most people think.
